Kylie Jenner, well-known for her role in reality TV and her influential fashion ventures, has recently parted ways with her expansive Hidden Hills mansion. Despite initially listing the property for $20.25 million, it finally sold for $15.3 million. The young entrepreneur first acquired the lavish 13,200-square-foot property in 2016 when she was just 19, paying $12.05 million. Over the years, the mansion served as her primary residence, offering both a home and a grand location for entertaining.

The home is built on a 1.4-acre lot and includes a variety of luxurious amenities. With eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, the estate also boasts an attached guest suite with a private courtyard and kitchenette. The main suite serves as a personal getaway, complete with a cozy sitting area, two expansive walk-in closets, and a balcony overlooking the landscape.
The mansion’s entertainment rooms are well equipped, featuring a fullyfunctional chef’s kitchen with dual islands, leading into an impressive great room with walls that can disappear to reveal the outdoor space. Additional facilities include a home theatre, a game room, a gym, a massage room, and a cozy office with a fireplace. Outside, the mansion offers a swimming pool, spa, patio, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit area surrounded by mature trees for privacy and seclusion.

The plans for her new residence indicate a future property sprawling across 18,000 square feet, including a sports court and an expansive swimming pool, indicating that the construction might conclude soon.
Moreover, Kylie has listed her Holmby Hills mansion for $48 million, adding more intrigue to her evolving real estate ventures. The 15,320-square-foot property stands out for its extensive security measures and modern amenities, continuing her legacy of high-profile real estate transactions.
